“He will be like a tree planted by the water.” — Jeremiah 17:8 (NIV).

As I walked through the park today, I couldn’t help but notice the trees; bare, stripped of leaves, yet still standing tall.
There was no vibrant green, no blossoms, just branches stretched toward the sky. And still, they were beautiful.
It got me thinking: God really watches out for us, huh? Why else would He fill our lives with such peaceful, strong reminders of how to bounce back and be graceful?
These trees, though shredded and bare, don’t lose their worth. They’re not trying to impress. They’re not in bloom. And yet, they hold a kind of silent strength that speaks volumes.

It reminded me that beauty doesn’t always come in loud colors or obvious forms. Sometimes, it’s in stillness. In survival. In being rooted through tough seasons.
Maybe that’s how life works, you know? We gotta keep finding our own awesome, no matter what’s going on. We’re supposed to think things through and believe in how great we really are.
So today, I found beauty in the bare trees. And it was enough.
When was the last time you noticed beauty in something overlooked?
